The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship program is designed for young and mid-career professionals, who come for 10-month stays in the United States to pursue non-degree graduate level studies, and engage in leadership development and professional collaboration with their American counterparts. In Poland, the program was offered in the years 1981-2010 and had over 30 participants.
