On April 23, the fifth edition of the “Business Market – Olsztyn Innovation Day” conference was held at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Alumni Association was a partner of this conference.
On behalf of our Association, Agnieszka Czmyr-Kaczanowska took part in the event, participating as a panelist in the conversation “The future of work – prepare for the changing reality”. Together with other experts, she shared perspectives on the upcoming changes in the world of work, new technologies and key competencies that will determine career success.
The conference was full of inspiring speeches, workshops and talks – both substantive and networking. This is a valuable experience for students, who are increasingly consciously building their professional paths.
We thank the organizers for the invitation and the opportunity to co-create this event. We are glad that we could be part of this initiative!
