On November 3-7, members of the Alumni Association took part in the “Community Engagement Exchange Program. Tech for Impact Summit” conference. The conference was held in Warsaw and was jointly organized by the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX) and the US Embassy in Poland.
Some of the alumni were panelists during the conference, while others took part in workshops entitled “Voices of Impact: Authentic Leadership Through Storytelling.”
The conference was aimed at young professionals aged 21-28 from Central European countries (including Poland), who will be accompanied by more experienced colleagues from various US State Department programs.
Its goal is to support civil society leaders in improving their skills in new technologies, including AI, in order to increase functionality and efficiency. It was not only a time to learn about innovation, but also to exchange experiences and best practices.
