Christmas Party in Warsaw

It’s the sixth time that the Alumni Association organized a Christmas party on Tuesday evening, December 11. It took place in the charming interiors of Amaristo Cafe, located at Jazdów in Warsaw. The party was attended by over 50 members and friends of the Association, as well as scholars from FLEX Poland and FLEX Ukraine. The honorary guests were: Scott Whitmore, deputy cultural attaché of the U.S. Embassy Warsaw, Marzena Polak, Alumni Coordinator at U.S. Embassy, and Justyna Janiszewska representing Polish-American Fulbright Commission. The most awaited moment was the lottery of Christmas pledges, drawn by Kuba Pośpiech, Flex Poland scholarship holder, who appeared in the role of Santa Claus. Among the prizes funded by the U.S. Embassy there were beautiful albums, thermal mugs, backpacks and bags with the American flag. The organizer of the meeting was att.
